Before the project:

• Initial contact and discussion about the project.

• Sending of the quote.

• Approval of the quote, contract signature, and reservation of the time slot with a 20% deposit payment. This deposit confirms the start of the project, secures the time allocated in my schedule, and covers the beginning of the design phase (research, concepts, and preliminary sketches).
   

First step:

• Simple sketch of the illustration (composition, framing, etc. approval).

• One round of revisions is included (feedback must be gathered and provided all at once).

• Approval of the sketch and invoice issuance for the following steps.
  (Creation will resume once payment is received.)
   

Second step:

• Detailed sketch (design and color approval).

• One round of revisions available.
   

Final step:

• Line art and coloring of the illustration.

• One round of revisions available (details or color adjustments).
